A straightforward note about fit
The house has stairs and an unfenced pool.
All bedrooms are upstairs. The pool is not separately fenced, netted or childproof, and the home is not childproofed. If anyone in your group is unable to use stairs safely or needs a protected pool area, this is not the right rental.
