All three bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own full bathroom. The laundry and second built-in work nook sit along the hall between them.

Important before you book
A beautiful fit for many groups. Not the right fit for every group.
The private plunge pool is approximately 10 by 10 feet and about four feet deep. It is not separately fenced, netted or childproof. There is no lifeguard.
The entry requires several steps and all bedrooms are upstairs. The house is not step-free. Guests should use handrails and keep stair lights on at night.
The home is not childproofed. Adults must provide constant supervision near the pool and stairs. No diving, running on the pool deck or glass in the courtyard.
The home shares well-insulated walls on both sides. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. A distant train may occasionally be heard.
The primary booking guest is responsible for sharing the house and safety rules with everyone in the group and all approved visitors.
